Program Breakdown

INTRO: Well-being and Team Building

We begin by conducting a well-being check-in with each participant to assess their needs and create a supportive inclusive environment. Through engaging games and trust-building activities, we build connection and community.

Skills & Coordination Training

Using our professional sports experience, we guide participants through drills and exercises designed to improve their coordination, athletic skills, and teamwork.

Strength & Cardio Training

Participants attend a gym, where they are led by a professional exercise coach. These strength and cardio sessions are designed to improve overall fitness, endurance, and strength, with personalised coaching to ensure safety and appropriateness for all abilities.

Nutrition & Healthy Habits

We invite a qualified nutritionist to educate participants on the importance of nutrition and healthy eating habits. Through practical tips and fun, easy-to-follow recipes, participants learn how to fuel their bodies for optimal performance and well-being.

Professional Environment Experience

In the final week, we take participants to watch a professional team train. They have the opportunity to observe a high-performance training environment, meet players, take photos, and collect autographs. This experience provides valuable insight into the world of professional sports.
